Workout 2- One Hundred & Ten
(celebrating the 110th minute winning goal at the Euros Final of a team who changed the perception of women’s football forever). Comprised of two parts. Part A takes on a 30-15-10 format. Part B is a 4 min AMRAP.
Workout 1- Billie Jean King Beat Bobby Riggs (in a fight for) Gender Equality
This workout celebrates how Billie Jean King beat Bobby Riggs in a ‘Battle Of The Sexes’ tennis match, changing the perception of women in tennis.
As such, the workout spells this story.
THE WORKOUT:
1 SET - 15 secs on, 15 secs rest
1 SET- 30 secs on, 15 secs rest
1 SET- 40 secs on, 15 secs rest
Complete 3 sets on each exercise, before moving onto the next. Every 2nd exercise, complete either 400m outdoor run or 500m ski/row within a 4 min time frame. The faster you do it the more rest you get before moving to the next exercise.
