I offer three Hyrox online programmes to suit differing needs and budgets. ‘Couch To Hyrox’ is a PDF format. ‘Hyrox Lite’ and ‘Hyrox Compete’ are via an app. As a high level HYROX competitor, I use my expertise and knowledge with proven techniques to get my clients race ready!

What is the difference between ‘Hyrox Lite’ and ‘Hyrox Compete’?

Both ‘Hyrox Lite’ and ‘Hyrox Compete’ are done via an app. See below the main differences, so that you know which one suits you!
