  • The ‘Half Hyrox’ consists of 1 loop around the gym (400m) + 50% distance per Hyrox station. See image above. Weights can be amended below comp weight (according to your fitness level).

NEW FOR JUNE & JULY- YOU CAN NOW SIGN UP FOR A HYROX ‘STATIONS ONLY’ SIM. THIS CONSISTS OF ALL HYROX STATIONS WITHOUT THE RUNS. SIGN UP VIA THE USUAL SIGN UP LINK AND SELECT ‘HYROX STATIONS ONLY’ WHEN PROMPTED. YOU WILL ARRIVE FOR 12.15PM AND IT’LL COST £15.

  • The perfect opportunity to train for an upcoming race/ test out nutrition or race strategies or just come along for a tough workout.

    Movement standards (as per the ‘Hyrox Rulebook’) will be enforced.

    *For logistical reasons, sled pull will be at the end.

  • 1km Run prior to each station for the full Hyrox. 400m runs prior to each station and an 800m run at the end for the ‘Half Hyroxers’.

    In-between runs this is your station order.

    80m Burpee Broad Jumps (40m BBJ)

    1km Row (500m Row)

    200m Farmer Carry (100m Farmer Carry)

    100m Sandbag Lunge (50m Sandbag Lunge)

    100 Wall Balls (50 Wall Balls)

    50m Sled Pull (25m Sled Pull)

How To Get To Pyramid Performance?

‘Pyramid Performance, Stockport’ is a HYROX AFFILIATED GYM. It is located:

4 West St, Stockport SK3 0AB.

Attendees can park on the street and also in the nearby dance studio car park (if there are no spaces on street parking).

Parking is FREE!
