I offer many services to suit individuals who are wanting to use exercise to boost their physical and mental health. These services can be online or face to face (I am based at “Pyramid Performance, Stockport”).

How Can I Coach You To Be Stronger & Healthier?

    Online Programming

    I have numerous online programmes available for purchase. This includes; “Strength Training” and “Running Programming”.

    Face To Face Coaching

    I offer 1 to 1 and group coaching (max 4 people). Examples of session type includes; weightlifting, boxing and conditioning.

    Nutrition

    Using my MSc Sport Nutrition, I can educate you regarding calories, macros and fuelling for your goals.

Coach Hannah

Something that sets me apart from other coaches is my person- centred approach to coaching. I become so immersed into my clients personal goals and I am really with them every step of the way, supporting them as they thrive towards their own personal goal. Whether that be to lift X amount on a certain lift OR just to simply commit to going to the gym at least once per week for their health and/or to get stronger.
