MINDSET: Intentions 100
INTENTIONS 100 was created by ourselves from the idea that we can decide at what threshold we workout at. It is mindset focussed, but relates to all three components of ‘Our Triad’. See below for more information.
Exercise- We set our training intentions to 100% and do the best that we can on that day.
Nutrition- We set our nutrition intentions to plan ahead to eat well and optimise our performance and health.
