YOUR ‘WHY’
Your why is the most important question that we ask you before you start your programme. Why? (see what we did there). Your why is what keeps you motivated to EXERCISE. Your why will ignite your MINDSET when you feel like giving up. Your why encourages you to stay on track with your NUTRITION.
You can only truly achieve Your Triad of EXERCISE, MINDSET & NUTRITION (and therefore optimise your training), when you know your why.
CLIENT SCREENING & NEEDS ANALYSIS
Regardless of programme, we screen all of our clients and undertake a thorough needs analysis. This enables us to gain an understanding of why you train, when you are available to train and your goals. We also ask a multitude of questions to understand your exercise history and previous injuries so that we can tailor each programme to each client.

SFW Running Workout Programme
What you can expect:
EXERCISE: This programme includes a variety of sessions (hill sprints, stair sprints, time trial training, distance goal training and technique training). Also includes ‘How To Pace’ resource.
MINDSET: Weekly Check-Ins to assess your mindset towards your goals, ‘How To Break Through The Runners Wall’ & ‘Mindset’ resources also included as part of this package.
NUTRITION: Nutritional analysis and recommendations (macros/cal aim) in line with your goals.

SFW Home Workout Programme
What you can expect:
EXERCISE: This programme is tailored towards your goals and your equipment available (bodyweight or tailored equipment). Includes ‘How-To-Guides & Video Tutorials’.
MINDSET: Weekly Check-Ins to assess your mindset towards your goals. Access to ‘Mindset’ resources & ‘How To Keep Pushing When You Feel Like Giving Up’. Access to mindset seminars.
NUTRITION: Nutritional analysis and recommendations (macros/cal aim) in line with your goals.

SFW Tailored Gym Workout Programme
What you can expect:
EXERCISE: This programme is tailored towards your goals and gyms equipment. This includes ‘How-To-Guides & Video Tutorials’.
MINDSET: Weekly Check-Ins to assess your mindset towards your goals. Access to ‘Mindset’ resources & ‘How To Keep Pushing When You Feel Like Giving Up’. Access to mindset seminars.
NUTRITION: Nutritional analysis and recommendations (macros/cal aim) in line with your goals.

Aside from sessions, you also have the option to strengthen your ‘Mindset’ and (/or) ‘Nutrition’, dependent on the package that you select.
