SFW Online: Virtual Personal Training (Via Video Call)

Our clients are coached to optimise performance, utilising ‘Our SFW Optimisation Triad’, consisting of ‘EXERCISE, MINDSET & NUTRITION’. Our virtual PT offering is for 1 to 1 or group training. All clients can expect the below from their Virtual PT sessions.

What You Can Expect:

EXERCISE:

  • 60 min or 30 min virtual PT sessions available.

  • Virtual PT session in real time. Sessions are tailored to you, the equipment you have available and your goals.

  • Includes technique and postural correction.

MINDSET:

  • Includes seminars such as ‘goal setting, motivation and psychology of training’.

  • Includes weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and on track towards your goals.

  • Regardless of goals, mindset is a key ingredient to success.

NUTRITION:

  • Nutritional analysis and recommendations (macros/cal aim) in line with your goals.

  • Educating you with how nutrition can optimise your performance and lifestyle goals.

  • Up to date research (Msc Sport & Exercise Nutrition student)
