SFW Online: Virtual Personal Training (Via Video Call)
Our clients are coached to optimise performance, utilising ‘Our SFW Optimisation Triad’, consisting of ‘EXERCISE, MINDSET & NUTRITION’. Our virtual PT offering is for 1 to 1 or group training. All clients can expect the below from their Virtual PT sessions.
What You Can Expect:
EXERCISE:
60 min or 30 min virtual PT sessions available.
Virtual PT session in real time. Sessions are tailored to you, the equipment you have available and your goals.
Includes technique and postural correction.
MINDSET:
Includes seminars such as ‘goal setting, motivation and psychology of training’.
Includes weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and on track towards your goals.
Regardless of goals, mindset is a key ingredient to success.
NUTRITION:
Nutritional analysis and recommendations (macros/cal aim) in line with your goals.
Educating you with how nutrition can optimise your performance and lifestyle goals.
