These transformations show differences in aesthetics. However, Hannah's personal training approach does not focus solely on this. Together, we will help you to find a form of exercise that you enjoy, whilst educating you regarding nutrition.

Moreover, each Burgon Fitness client has their own fitness related goals, aligned to their style of training. These goals maintain motivation, which leads to consistency with workouts. Don’t be intimidated by this though….the goals could be as simple as train X times a week.

The goal is to make a lifestyle change. Aesthetics are a bonus of finding a form of exercise you enjoy, learning about nutrition and remaining motivated to maintain consistent with both!

I’ve been doing Hannah’s online programmes and online classes during lockdown and I can honestly say that she has changed my outlook on how I approach exercise and a healthier lifestyle.

Hannah has changed my attitude from “I can’t do burpees” or “I can’t do press ups” to “let’s see how many full press ups I can do” and “how many burpees can I do without stopping”.

Not only do I feel stronger and look stronger, I also love how I feel after each workout and I actually enjoy burpees!

I have gained so much confidence in the gym and am no longer intimidated by the free weights section.

I have also discovered a love for running and with Hannah’s encouragement, I entered a 10K event and have also entered a half marathon for later in the year.

Since we started training I've nearly lost 4 Stone in weight, lost body fat, gained muscle and also gained alot more mentally. Hannah is quite understanding of my wellbeing and mental struggles, and throughout are training and keeping consistent it has helped me battle in the past a stage of my life where I felt at my lowest point.

As for Hannah herself, she has great conversational skills, i find her a open minded person, helpful indeed, motivational without question.

Qualified in many area's, for myself we focus on Boxing and now Nutrition.
