MINDSET IS EVERYTHING
Here at Burgon Fitness, we believe that there are two types of people (when training).
Person 1- feels the burn. They feel discomfort and they stop.
Person 2- embraces the burn and uses it to motivate them to push even more and squeeze out some extra reps.
Burgon Fitness moulds you into person 2. Person 2 uses their mindset to optimise their training. Sure, person 2 feels exhausted after their workout, but they gave it 100%
